Product Warranty & Safety

To validate the warranty a mandatory assessment is required, in order to find the exact fault within the product. All hardware comes with a 28-day parts warranty unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing. This warranty does not cover atomizer heads, coils or Lady’s Maid material or products.

We will honour any valid warranty claims based on this assessment and provide replacement parts or products.

Please note the following list of products that may be covered by the warranty;

• All replacement atomizer heads are sold as a single use disposable item and are covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. This means, that from date of receipt the buyer has 48 hours to ensure the goods are in good working order and report any faults.
• Coils are not covered by Warranty as these are wear and tear components.
• E-liquid is a consumable and as such cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, and do not contribute to a device failure.
• If a battery is Mechanically Dead on arrival, they are considered consumables, and generally not covered under the warranty. A battery’s life span cannot be guaranteed as the lifespan is dependent on the usage.
• Lithium-ion (Li-Ion) Cells can be dangerous if used improperly. By buying Li-ion batteries from Lady’s Maid, the buyer assumes all associated risks.
• Never leave charging batteries unattended. Batteries may become volatile if mishandled. Lady’s Maid or one of its approved partners will not be held liable or responsible for the use/misuse of lithium-ion batteries, e-cigarette devices, or any battery chargers.
• If any hardware or e-liquid not supplied by Lady’s Maid is used with a product supplied by Lady’s Maid (including coils, batteries, tanks, and mods). The product’s warranty will be void, as all the individual parts contribute to the specifics of overall functionality. Therefore, we cannot carry a claim for products if used in conjunction with products not specific to Lady’s Maid, if you do so, you do so at your own risk.
• All charging cables and battery chargers have a 12-month manufacturer warranty, which covers the component parts; this does not cover damage resulting from improper use or use of Lady’s Maid products.
• Receipt of purchase must be provided

If your product develops a fault after 28 days and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, you are covered by the manufacturer’s parts and labour return-to-base warranty repair service. In some cases, the manufacturer may provide a “*loan replacement”.

Often repairs are carried out by the manufacturers’ own repair agents with whom we have arrangements in place to ensure your product is repaired by skilled and qualified engineers. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

If any products or parts are found to be faulty within the warranty period please contact our Customer Care Service team by email on info@vapeladysmaid.com and we will provide further guidance. You are responsible for the in-bound postage costs of returning goods to Lady’s Maid during the warranty period. Please ensure that any goods being returned are fully insured, correctly addressed and adequately packed so that they’re not damaged whilst in transit. Once received the product will be tested/checked by our Service team, fault verified and we will process the repair/replacement.

If it is evident that the defect has arisen because you have failed to follow the manufacturer’s instructions as to the storage, installation, use or maintenance of the product, or if you have altered the goods without the written consent of the manufacturer, we reserve the right to refuse a repair, replacement or refund.

If no fault is found during the testing process and the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you. In this instance, you will be charged an administration charge of £45 + VAT plus the out-bound return postage costs.

If for any reason we have provided you with “*loan replacement” product(s) before completion of the testing process, you will be liable to return the loaned product. Failure to return the loan item will mean that the loan product will be invoiced and you will be liable to pay for these product(s).

*A loan replacement will be a used product of the same specification or less which will keep the customer up and vaping. This will be posted from Lady’s Maid loan stock, subject to availability.

• We advise electronic cigarette users not to store their e-cigarettes with metallic, magnetized or electronic transmitting devices such as keys or mobile phones.
• Keep electronic cigarettes out of the reach of children.
• Users should store and handle these items with special care as they may contain small parts and represent a choking hazard.
• Never leave e-cigarettes on charge unattended for long periods.
• Do not mix components of different e-cigarettes.
• Only use the charger supplied.

• Always use a battery charger that is rated for Li-ion cells.
• Batteries should never be left charging unattended.
• Batteries should never be loose in pocket or bag (use case provided).
• All lithium batteries have a cycle-life; however, a battery should be replaced every 2 years - whichever comes first.
• Never continue to use a battery with a broken PVC wrap.
• Never completely discharge batteries.
• Do not expose to extreme heat.
• Never leave a charger unattended overnight, and never in direct sunlight.
• Never use your charger to store cells. When cells are finished charging, please remove them from the device.

• In case of an accident with e-liquids, or if you feel unwell seek medical advice immediately, and take the e-liquid bottle and box with you for information.
• E-liquid is toxic if swallowed and in contact with skin, may cause sensitisation, wash immediately with plenty of water.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• Vapours may cause drowsiness or dizziness.
• E-liquid material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way. Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination.
• Keep e-liquid out of the reach of children.
• E-liquid should not be used by any persons under the age of 18 years or who have demonstrated sensitivity to nicotine, or are pregnant, breastfeeding or have an unstable heart condition.

We reserve the right to revise and amend our terms from time to time to reflect changes in the market, technology, relevant regulatory laws, and requirements, etc. You are subject to the policies and terms in force at the time of purchasing products and our Terms and Conditions.
