We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

All of our Shipping Options are weight based.

When using Royal Mail, you must place your order by 3 pm for it to be delivered by 1-2 or 2-3 working days respectively. We aim to get all orders placed before 3 pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), however this is not always possible. Therefore, we would ask you to add 1 extra processing day onto the listed delivery durations.

Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed. Only the available shipping options for your order will be shown at the checkout. You can select the cheapest, or your desired method from there. The shipping cost will be multiplied accordingly for orders that require more than one service.

Our orders are fulfilled using a variety of 3rd party couriers, depending on size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, the parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.

We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail.

When using the delivery options, we will not consider your order missing or late for 7 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout. If your order hasn't arrived, you must notify us within 18 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.

Items sent by a tracked service such as Special Delivery, Courier Delivery or Worldwide, will require a signature on receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for your order.

Worldwide shipping is available but delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Free UK Standard Delivery is only available on a basket value of £50 or over. If a product is on offer or coupon code is being used this may take your basket below the minimum value. For the avoidance of doubt, we do not offer free delivery on a basket value of £50 or over to Ireland, Europe, and International.

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that go missing under the Royal Mail Standard (untracked) service. No replacements or refunds will be provided in these cases.

Please note that CBD flowers can’t be dispatched internationally.

All orders are delivered Delivery Duty Unpaid. Should your order be subject to customs or import duties, these will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

Lady’s Maid cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. Lady’s Maid cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

You can track your package using the link supplied in your order confirmation email. Should you have any questions about its progress, please contact the courier in the first instance as they will be best placed to inform you of the status of your delivery.
